Immaculate Heart of Mary CYO will hold its Annual Golf Outing to raise funds for the 5th Annual Father Donohie Memorial Scholarship Fund and to help defray the costs of providing CYO programs.   The scholarship is awarded on an annual basis to a deserving 8^th grade student who will be attending an Archdiocesan High School.

Your business sponsorship will be prominently displayed on the day of the outing on a tee or green and in the Golf Outing Program booklet. In addition, your sponsorship will be mentioned in our monthly CYO newsletter and displayed in the school gym for the entire school year.

The cost is $80 per sponsorship and is tax deductible. Please fill out the information below & mail back in the self addressed envelope.
